CATMAD is a start-up business based in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, set up by six highly motivated individuals to provide professional services. The business will initially become a part-time endeavor for each founder members. At first focused primarily on tax and accounting services, internal accounting, IT systems, training, and regulatory compliance. 

CATMAD’s founder members have the number of years of senior experience in a number of business sectors in Cambodia and have close contact with a number of professional experts. This will allow CATMAD consultancy to provide a wide range of services to small and medium businesses over its lifetime from launch through expansion and growth. The initial target market is small and medium-sized progressive and growing businesses, to whom CATMAD will provide integrated financial and business solutions.

The firm commenced operations in July 2019. The services provided include tax, accounting, management and business consultancy, and accounting systems for example QuickBooks and other IT support and training for a range of small to medium sized businesses and personal clients.

We have resolved their complex business issues, from matters of tax and accounting to the judgmental decisions involved in the Taxation, Finance and Management.
