Standard Construction & Engineering Co., Ltd. (SCE) has been legally registered in Cambodia as an engineering and construction company since 2007.

Over the past decade, SCE has successfully executed numerous projects, including high-rise and low-rise buildings, roads and bridges, landscaping, factories, warehouses, drainage systems, and water pumping stations across Phnom Penh and beyond. With over 50 completed projects, SCE has earned a reputation for excellence in civil works.

The majority of our projects are international or government-funded, with clients from countries such as Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Taiwan, as well as Phnom Penh City Hall.
