On Monday afternoon, 14 Rouch, wine month, year of the wedding of Chosak BC. ស 2568 is on 02 September 2024 at 1:30 pm at the headquarters of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, there is a meeting of the private sector "Team Standing" "Wheat and Rice Division" of the Government Forum-Private Sector, which is a meeting through direct participation and online Zoom, led by Hon. Chan Sokhang, co-chairman of the "Stand" Private Sector. The meeting also had participation from guests, representatives of the Cambodia Logistics Association, representatives of the Cambodian Federation of Investors, representatives of the Agricultural and Environment Alliance of Cambodia and members of the "Stand" team and many other private sector.
The purpose of this meeting is to review the progress of this team and to discuss challenges, concerns of the private sector involved in the wheat sector which includes: 1. Priority wheat seeds, 2. Power supply, 3. Problems involving THC, 4. VGM and SEAL problems, 5. Railway line connection, 6. Use of poison and chemicals on wheat, rice, 7. The CO filing along with some other recent challenges raised by members of the meeting.
It should also be noted that the challenges of the private sector collected in this meeting will soon be submitted to a resolution from the partner guests, the Ministry of Agriculture, Hunting and Fisheries.
The meeting ended on the same day of the year at 03:40 pm in a pleasant and understanding environment.
