Established in February 2010, SBI Royal Securities Plc (SBIR) became the first Japanese financial institution to acquire the “full license” required to operate a securities business in Cambodia from Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC). SBIR merged with the Royal Group’s securities unit of Cambodia and made a capital alliance with Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited (Finansia Syrus) of Thailand on December 2011 and May 2014 respectively.

Making the best use of resources of the shareholders, the company aims for comprehensive business developments such as securities underwriting of IPOs in Cambodia, distributing stocks to wide customer base in both Japan and Thailand in conjunction with SBI SECURITIES and Finansia Syrus Securities as well as other corporate finance services.
