Knai Bang Chatt is a barefoot luxury boutique resort located on the South Coast of Cambodia.

The lush & private grounds house a collection of completely remodeled modernistic 1950s villas set in lush tropical gardens, with 18 spacious ensuite rooms all tastefully furnished with local antiques & artifacts. A driving force behind the clean lines minimalist style of Knai Bang Chatt is the ancient philosophy of Wabi Sabi, which places importance on purity, simplicity, understated elegance, and the beauty of imperfection.

In 2016, Knai Bang Chatt became the first hotel / resort to be internationally certified sustainable through the Green Growth 2050 label. The sustainability program continues to grow & develop and has become a core value of our philosophy & experience.

The Discovery Centre is home to Cambodia’s first Sailing Club, a member of the Cambodian National Sailing Federation. The Centre also offers a range of cultural and exploration activities & excursions.

Knai Bang Chatt offers two dining & culinary experiences. The Strand, offers more refined fine dining with a fusion of local produce, tastes, & flavors. The Sailing Club is situated next door, serving up fresh seafood & cool cocktails.
